As the first road trip of 2023, my destination was Newcastle – a city that I had not visited in over a decade. I wasn’t sure what to expect upon arrival, but I was pleasantly surprised at how much it had changed since my last visit. The city itself is a street photographer’s paradise, with countless opportunities to capture the intersection of heritage architecture and modern design in the CBD. I could easily spend days exploring the city on foot, capturing its unique character and atmosphere.
