Commissioned by Tamworth Regional Council, ‘City of Light’ is an animated short film created for the 2023 Tamworth Community Lighting of the Christmas Tree event.

The project was entrusted to Visitors From Dreams, who were given full creative control. They crafted a narrative that intertwines Tamworth’s historical significance as the first city in Australia to implement powered street lighting with the charm of a traditional Christmas fable.
