OhMaSoul - Welders Dog December 24
I love live music and taking photos at small gigs, so when I found out that the local band OhMaSoul was doing a set at the Welders Dog in Armidale—one of my favorite venues to photograph in—I, of course, had to go and cover the event. I don’t have much to say, really, except that it was a great set, and I captured quite a few photos that I really liked. This was all shot manually with the Canon R8 and a Nikon Nikkor 85mm 1.8 lens from the ’70s—my favorite way to photograph live music. The camera and lens combo certainly confused another photographer who was at the event. I can’t wait to get back out there to shoot some more live music!
